What are your domestic and international shipping times?
Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-10 working days via our courier partners.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags and receipts. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay credit/debit cards for both local and international transactions.
How do I care for my Nishat Linen fabrics?
To maintain the quality of our fabrics, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with mild detergent. Always iron on a medium heat setting and avoid direct sunlight when drying.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
